Vice President of BLUE ENGINEERING GROUP, a leading Italian design and engineering firm, he drives international business development across the USA, China, India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Michele previously held strategic leadership roles at PININFARINA, SAET Group (AJAX-TOCCO), ICONA DESIGN, and COMAU, the robotics and automation arm of FCA (now Stellantis). He was instrumental in opening and managing their Asian operations, becoming:
• the first Managing Director of COMAU China (2000)
• the first General Manager of PININFARINA Shanghai (2009)
• CEO of SAET Shanghai (2012)
• and later General Manager of PININFARINA California (2018)
A passionate advocate of Italian creativity, innovation, and design excellence, Michele has lived and worked in Canada, Brazil, India, China, and the USA. He is recognized for building multicultural teams, forging strategic partnerships, and turning visionary concepts into successful, market-ready products and solutions.
