TCHAIN’s TCN07H is a built-in air-conditioning system developed for minibuses and mid-size passenger vehicles measuring approximately 7 to 7.5 metres.
Unlike conventional rooftop air-conditioning units, the TCN07H uses a split-system configuration. The evaporator is installed inside the vehicle and connected to ducted air outlets, while the condenser can be positioned separately according to the available vehicle layout.
According to TCHAIN, the system provides a cooling capacity of 16,000 Kcal/h, equivalent to approximately 18.6 kW, with an airflow of 2,700 m³/h. It is available for both 12V and 24V electrical architectures and uses R134a refrigerant.
The complete system weighs up to 65 kg, while the evaporator measures 1,324 × 644 × 209 mm.

The TCN07H is intended for vehicles such as Coaster-type minibuses, staff and commuter shuttles, school buses, tourist vehicles and airport shuttle buses.
Its concealed evaporator configuration can be particularly relevant for vehicle designs where manufacturers or converters want to preserve roof space or maintain a cleaner exterior profile.
The separate positioning of the evaporator and condenser also provides additional flexibility when integrating the HVAC system into different chassis and body configurations.

TCHAIN positions the TCN07H for minibus and shuttle applications operating in regions with demanding ambient temperatures, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and parts of Africa.
In these applications, cooling capacity, airflow, electrical compatibility and available installation space are important considerations when selecting an HVAC system for a vehicle platform.
The TCN07H adds another option for manufacturers, converters and operators looking for a split air-conditioning configuration for 7–7.5 m passenger vehicles.
